Like the original, Explorer by Copycat starts with top notes of bergamot, pepper, and sage. The effect is a fresh and musky masculine scent that captures the imagination and speaks of new experiences. 

The heart and base notes of Explorer emphasise the bold, rugged, daring aspects of this fragrance, with rich, animalistic leather and earthy vetiver in the heart and a combination of musky scents in the base, including ambroxan, patchouli, and akigalawood.

• Royal Mail will keep you up to date via email with where your order is

     2. When it has reached our local sorting office.

     3. When it has reached the customer’s sorting office.

     4. When it has been delivered to the customer.

• Royal Mail will attempt to deliver the parcel twice. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon later that same day

• If both deliveries are unsuccessful, the parcel will be automatically left with a neighbour

• Orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. You will receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Highlands and Islands this could be 1 day longer.

• Orders placed on a Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

• Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday.

• You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.

• You will receive 4 email notifications and updates regarding the status of your order.

• Free for orders over £54.99

• Order by 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding weekends & bank holidays)

• Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday or on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day (For example, if you ordered at 5:30pm Friday your order will not be dispatched until Monday and delivered on Tuesday)

Please be assured that Royal Mail will work as hard as they can to deliver parcels as normal, and will get your parcel to you as soon as they are able to. Please be aware that in some instances your parcel may be delayed due to adverse weather on the route from our warehouse, even if your local area itself is not affected. There may also be delays during public holiday periods.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period.

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number as proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
